Many of our active buyers are struggling to find homes that show well. The great part about listing your home at this time of the year is that the majority of showings include "serious buyers." You don't get a lot of "lookers" traiditionally at this time of the year which means higher quality showings and less of them. The inventory is extremely low right now and the demand is still very solid. It's really what we feel is the perfect storm to sell your home. We all know the laws of supply and demand and that we see it carry over in real estate.
